Either way you get the Unwired Blueprint, one sheet with your process as it runs today, the process unwired, and the line your process owner signs. If you want to go further, we price the build as one fixed-scope project. The number depends on the process, the systems it crosses and the exceptions it has to handle, and you get it in writing before any work starts. Maintenance after handover is optional and priced separately.
