Notes

Editorial policy

How our notes are researched, drafted, reviewed and corrected.

Notes on this site are written for operations, finance and HR leads deciding whether and how to put an agent into a real process. This page explains how they are made.

Who writes them

Every note is published by the Unwired team and reviewed before it goes live by a practitioner with more than ten years in enterprise automation. We name the reviewer's experience rather than the person.

How AI is used

We build AI agents for a living, and we use one for our own notes. It researches the topic, gathers sources and writes a first draft in a fixed format. A person on the team then reads the draft in full, checks the claims, adds what we have seen in our own builds, and approves or sends it back. Nothing is published without that approval.

What we cite

We cite primary sources: regulators, standards bodies, official documentation and named research. Every source is linked at the end of the note it supports. We do not cite other automation vendors' marketing as evidence.

What we will not publish

We do not invent clients, results, quotes or people. Worked examples are labelled as illustrative. Where we describe our own work, it comes from our own builds and lab runs, never from another company's confidential material. Notes that touch law or regulation are information, not legal advice.

Corrections

If something in a note is wrong or out of date, write to theunwired.in@gmail.com. We correct it, change the updated date on the note, and say what changed at the end of it.
